He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Higbee (Taylor); his wife Ann Higbee; and his son-in-law Stan Shelton. He is survived by: his father Robert Higbee; his children, Kim Shelton, Jay Higbee (Linda) and Tod Higbee (Julie Imel); his sister Bonnie Morehead; his grandchildren, Adam Shelton (Jessica), Jayson Higbee (Joy), Emma Harper (Rob), Jacob Higbee and Britney Wells; and his great grandchildren, Cal, Elsie, Lincoln, Harper, Owen and Lyla.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
