Blackman of Anderson, Indiana, born in Morris, Illinois, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Small and Beulah Small; and her husband Art Blackman. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Chatel (Bruce), Jonathan Blackman and Joshua Blackman (Amanda); her grandchildren, Grayson, Gavin Chatel, Brenley, Ainsley Blackman, Madison and Maxwell Blackman; and her brother Larry Small (Sandy).
