She is survived by: her children, Tammy Schlabach, Julie Cook and Robert Carr (Teresa); her siblings, David Smith and Delta Smith; and her grandchildren, Dustin Johnson (Stefanie), Jacy Cook, Jami Kitchen (Justin), Joshua Lillard, Hailey Carr and Cheyanna Carr. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
