He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Milburn and Bessie Milburn (Tooley); and his siblings, Lloyd, John "Deloss", Charles, Carolyn Jo, Charlotte and Garnet.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Jean Milburn of Anderson; his sons, David Milburn (Lynn) of Chicago, Mark Milburn of Lapel, Daniel Milburn (Dawn) of Anderson and Matthew Milburn (Corinne) of Noblesville; his sisters, Gail Brant of Anderson, Mary Lewis of Indianapolis and Maxine Leslie (Chuck) of Muncie; his grandchildren, Ryan Milburn (Jessica), Blake Milburn (Kelly), Casey Milburn, Aaron Milburn (Tia), Madeline, Meredith and Morgan Milburn; and his great grandchildren, Mallory, Cooper, Connor and Penelope Milburn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
