It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Rex Summers of Anderson, Indiana, born in Alexandria, Indiana, who passed away on September 21, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Regina Summers; his nephew Rick Whitaker; his great grandchild Drayvin Pardue; his granddaughter Destiny Shoultz; his grandchild-in-law Damon Pardue; his former wife Nancy Adams; his significant other Teresa Swallows Bradberry; his nephew Marc (Nora); his great-nephews, Eric Cardona, Spencer and Adin Coty; his nephew Gene York; his children, Tammy Moss Coty, TJ, Joshua Burke and Katie Clark; his nephews, Monty Thompson, Randy Ice and Jackie Retter; his niece Jill Burton; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christina, Christopher, Nicholas York, Erin, Jeremy Thompson, Kayleigh Honeycutt and Jacquelyn Rowlen; his sisters, Judy Hobbs and Sandy Hershey; his close friends, Eddie "Goldy" Williams, Roger Little, Kenneth Ellis, Johnny Cooper and John Ford; his niece Brittany Ellis; and also, Tina Swallows, Raymond Gilbert and Patty Gilbert.
