He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Hodge and Joella Hodge (Carter); and his brothers, Olin and Gerald Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his grandmother Binkowski; his sons, Sean Hodge (Lori) and Andy Hodge (Hoku); his grandchildren, Alex Hodge, Nathan Hodge, Eryn Hartill, Sam Hodge, Kawai and Maxine Hodge; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Ana, Holland, Kaiya, Charlie, Bella and Poppy; and his brother Michel Hodge (Jeanie).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
