He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Ray Hall II and Dr. Inez Jean Hall (Kidd); his sister Philomena Diehl; and his niece Milena Virostek. He is survived by: his children, David Hall III (Melissa), Christion Hall (Dillon Lauderbaugh), Spencer Hall (Jackelyn) and Breanna Wallace; his stepchildren, James Peterson and Amanda Ellis; his grandchildren, Rilynn Hall, Brooklyn Lindsay, Frank Lindsay, Skyler Lindsay, Atlas Lindsay and Ember Lauderbaugh; his close friends, Mary Hall and Iona Jefferson; and his siblings, Dondina Hall, Katrina Carrillo and Phillip R. Hall III.
