He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rish and Frances Rish (Glass); and his children, John Robert Rish and Anna Marie Begley. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Rish; his children, David R. Rish, Jr. (Rae), Tina L. Shepherd, Marcus A. Rish and Karen Gibson (Otis); his grandchild Abbigale; his children, Anderson and Michelle L. Rish of Garrett, IN; his son-in-law Robert Blevins of Richmond, KY; and his sister Elizabeth Ann Adkins of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
