He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim, Nancy Shelton, John Williams, Clifford and Joyce Van Duyn.
He is survived by: his close friend Jacob Smith; his children, Clifton and Lilly; his wife Heather Van Duyn (Ditton); his sons, Jaxon Van Duyn, James Malone and David; his father Johnny Duyn; his stepmother Debra Van Duyn; his mother Joan Gritzmacher; and his siblings, Justin, Johnny Van Duyn, John M. Williams, Ben Smith, Jacob Smith and Dee Taylor. He is also survived by his brother and sister; and many aunts, uncles, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
