He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Miller Byerly and David R. Byerly; his wife Tamaris Kincer Byerly; his sons, David Michael Byerly II (Leisha) and Thomas B. Byerly (MaLisa); his sister Susan Wendland (Hank); and his grandchildren, Brooke, Thomas, Kalissa, Courtney, Chelsea and Jeremy. He was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren.
