He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Boys; and his brothers, Bob and Bill Boys. He is survived by: his wife Linda C. Boys; his children, Darlinda Grice of Virginia, David Boys Jr. of Anderson, Dennis Michael Boys of Virginia, Veronica Garrison Church of North Carolina and Bill Boys of Pendleton; and his brother Donald Rex Boys. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made out to St. Mary's Church.
