He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Helton and Nellie Helton (Deckard). He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Helton (Fuller); his children, Randy Deckard (Deena), Leanne Sturgeon and David Helton (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Krista Greenwood, David Helton (Shannon), Whitney Helton (Chris Strid) and Michael Sturgeon; and his brother Daniel Helton (Jan). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
