He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cook and Frances Cook (Johnson); his sisters, Kathy Winjum and Barb Krueger; his grandson Joseph Doffin; and his great grandchild Tyler Todd.
He is survived by: his wife Monna Cook (Pike); his children, Sheri Doffin (Gregg) of Kokomo, Bruce Cook of Noblesville, Carol Smith (Shawn) of Medina, OH and Michelle Wilson (Danny) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Grant Cook (Kara), Becky Schmidt (Nate), Courtney Todd (Jesse), Angie Doffin (Andy Hoffman) and Cameron Cook (Cassidy Hurt); his great grandchildren, Ava, Kate, Charlotte, Lilly Todd, Raegan and Mila Schmidt; and his brothers-in-law, Al Krueger and Jim Winjum.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chesterfield Christian Church (207 E Plum St, Chesterfield, IN 46017). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to Chesterfield Christian Church.
