He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Travis Haskett (Mindi) and Ciara Haskett (Elle Lund); and his grandson Lucas Haskett.

David loved his rescue dog and would have wanted memorial contributions made out to the Anderson Animal Protection League in his honor.
