He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Travis and Pauline Travis (Stewart). He is survived by: his sons, Randy Travis (Patty) of Carmel, Phil Travis (Katrina) of Fuquay-Varina and Scott Travis (Michelle) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Britney Williams (Chris), Brandon Travis, Eryn Baccari (Tyler) and Cameron Travis (Jessica); his brother Keith Travis (Diane); and his former wife Janet Travis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Madison Park Church of God or Boy Scouts of America.
