He is survived by: his wife Glenda Dukes (Hall); his children, Cindy Dukes of Indianapolis and Dallas Dukes Jr. (Jennifer) of Tucson, Arizona; and his siblings, Charles Dukes, Stevie Dukes, Cleta Decker, Pam Smith and Diane Stone. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four step grandchildren; one great grandchild.
