He was predeceased by: his parents, Garney Parker and Margaret West; his cousin Nathan Overmeyer; and his grandmother Margaret Overmeyer. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Parker; his daughters, Ashlyn Clemens, Emmalynn Parker and Raelyn Parker; his siblings, Kayla Parker-Sanchez and Cody Parker; his stepfather Donnie West; his parents-in-law, Wendy Riggs and Tom Robinett; his brother-in-law Gavin Kempner; his grandparents, Linda Robinett and Phil Riggs; and his aunt Pam Kidwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many close friends.
