He is survived by: his mother Tamara Ormiston; his stepfather Bruce Ormiston; his siblings, Aimee Miller (Mehmet Pulatkan) and Jeremy Miller; his nephew Asher Burnett; his grandmother Ellen Kinder; his aunts and uncles, Teresa, Barry Jackson, Tonya and Kenny Maupin; and his cousins, Josh Jackson, Liz Burkholder, Steven Jackson, Justin, Marion Maupin, Hailey Maupin and Tyler Dudley.
Memorial contributions may be given to Madison County Humane Society or to Suicide Prevention in Madison County.
