He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Jeff Cash of Boynton Beach, FL, Julie Montgomery (Ron) of Venice Beach, FL and Brad Cash (Belinda) of Anderson, Indiana; and his stepdaughters, Cindy Glover of Lapel and Patti Brinker (Dan) of Lapel. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
