With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Alice Young of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on December 25, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Scoot Maxwell and Edith Maxwell (Jones); her husband William "Bill" Young; her former husband Lowell Fuqua; her daughter Kindra Claxon; and her siblings, Sue, Tillie, Bud and Butch Maxwell.

She is survived by: her sons, Rock Fuqua (Kathy) and Rick Fuqua; her brother-in-law John Claxon; and her sister Donna Olvey. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
