He was predeceased by: his father Christopher Lee Kendall; and his grandfather James Guthery. He is survived by: his stepfather Terry Collis; his brothers, Steven Collis (Megan) and Corey Hodson; his grandparents, Betty Guthery, Connie Kendall and Mike Kendall; his aunts and uncles, Steve Kendall, Lisa Rotante (Sal), Stewart Guthery, Jim Guthery (Lesya) and Laura Simpson (Natalie Broderick); and his pets, Athena, Osiris and Bagheera. He is also survived by one niece and one nephew and several cousins.
