She was predeceased by: her parent Gray Grubbs; her former husband Phil Wooldridge; and her grandfather Joseph Lestingi of Covington, KY.. She is survived by: her mother Anna Fitzpatrick (Lestingi) of Burlington, KY; her husband Shawn Arteritano; her daughters, Ashlie and Cortney Arteritano; and her sister Nicole Bodde (Steve) of Hebron, KY.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Health precautions for the safety of the family will include face coverings and social distancing at all times.
