She is survived by: her parents, Terry Wayne Sarvis Sr. and Cindy Rigdon Alfrey; her significant other John Banta; her children, Kyle Stanley and Tori Banta; the father of her child Ernest Stanley; her siblings, Dawn Young, Jeffery Sarvis, Taylor Sarvis, Tia Lacy and Ashley Lacy; her granddaughter Octavia; her parents-in-law, Brenda Banta and Virgil Patterson; her siblings-in-law, Sammy Banta, Ashley Patterson, Tresnie Patterson and Christina Patterson; and her friend Melinda Ruster. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
