He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willis Caswell and Alberta Troup. He is survived by: his sons, Michael R. Bullard, Charles W. Caswell, Jr. (Jenifer) and John I. Bullard (Danielle); his aunt Beatrice Storie; and his siblings, Judy Craig (Kenny), Connie Romine (Terry), Carolyn Caswell and Sandy Wells. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
