He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ulmer and Mary P. Stiffler (Stone); his adoptive parents, Dwight Stiffler and Nettie Stiffler; and his brother Andy Stiffler.
He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Stiffler (Steven) of Indianapolis and David Stiffler of Anderson; his sister-in-law Naomi Stiffler; and the mother of his children Kookie Kay Stiffler of Muncie.
