He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Davis; his daughter Angela; his granddaughter Christina Ballinger; his great grandchildren, Ember and Jax Ballinger; and his siblings, Gene Phillips (Jane), Nell Webb (Gary), Kay Smelser (Larry) and Betty Sanders (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
