She was predeceased by: her father Otho Clifton Baker, Sr.; her daughter Jane Ann Coleman; her grandson Tyler Coleman; and her siblings, Otho Jr., Allan Mark, Gerald, Betty Tait and Mary June Rowe.

She is survived by: her husband Floyd Ray Stelter; her son-in-law Randy Coleman; her grandchildren, Krystle Nail (Nicholas) and Tiffany Coleman (Jon Follmar); her great grandchildren, Lilian Coleman, Emersyn Rhodes, Aubree Follmar, Avery Nail, Harper Nail, Jonathan Follmar, Karson Follmar and Ethan Follmar; and her sister Marilyn Baker.

All memorial contributions in Carol's name may be given to St. Ambrose Church.
