He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Napier and Edith Napier. He is survived by: his wife Jenniffier Napier; his sons, Michael Napier, Matthew Napier, Jerry Napier and Christopher Napier; his grandchildren, Isabella Napier, Leland Napier and Cole Napier; and his brothers, Bruce Napier, Charles Napier (Kathy) and Micheal Napier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
