He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Mike Robertson; his uncle Ed Spangler; and his grandmother Zeffie Wallace. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Spangler and Susie Spangler (Wallace); his wife Karrie Spangler (Robertson); his children, Karlee Spangler (Ethan Frye), Kenzie Spangler (Spencer Baledge) and Lara Loughman (Bryce); his siblings, Chris Spangler (Martha), Nathan Hensley (Sarah) and Shana Gallaway (Dave); his brother-in-law Brian Robertson (Baylee); and his close friends, Kevin Woodring, Jimmy Skrhak and Cory Neff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
