He was predeceased by: his father Walter Foy; and his grandmother Sumner. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Foy (Mahoney); his children, Crystal Money, Tiffany Foy and Brennon Foy; his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Jayda, Cain, Honesty, Abby, Rowan, Remi, Harley and Nova; and his siblings, Pamela, Brett and Bruce.
