She is survived by: her husband Dr. Richard Weinzapfel; her children, Angie Mortensen (Bob) and John Hay; her stepchildren, Karen Welch (Jeff), Susan McCord, Steve Weinzapfel (Jennifer), David Weinzapfel (Tiffany) and Janie Miller; her sisters, Sharon Vanderbeck (Jim) and Julia Peyton; her grandchildren, Kim, Zack, Natalie, Jake Heiniger, Jack, Joe and Jasmine Hay; her stepgrandchildren, Spencer, Peyton McCord, Scott, Sydney Weinzapfel, Dane, Sam Weinzapfel, Brandon, JJ Welch, Jackson and Maggie Miller; her nieces, Patricia Foster, Paula Anderson (Jim) and Carol Syrus; and her caregivers, Julie and Greg.
