He was predeceased by: his parents, Att Looper and Ollie Maude Looper (Looper); his siblings, Janice, Peggy Looper and Dennis Looper; and his son David Looper.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Jones (Moore); his son Michael Looper of Illinois; his grandchildren, Jesse Looper, Matthew Looper (Heather), Ryne Looper, Braden D. Looper and Ethan Looper; and his great grandchildren, Grant, Emily, Brooke and Bria.
Memorial contributions may be given to 38th Street Freewill Baptist Church.
