She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tolbert and Elsie Tolbert; and her sisters, Donna Mesalam and Linda Judd. She is survived by: her children, Lance Reger (Jeannie), Lynette Butler and Lana Shreves (Scott); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Grace, Ryan Butler, Katelyn and Skylar Shreves; her stepgrandchildren, Luke Smith (Hannah) and Lauren Smith; and her sister Bonnie Whitehead.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to this charity.
