Betty Jo Marriott Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2020, at the age of 83, Betty Jo Marriott of Anderson, Indiana, born in Allons, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Gunnels and Vesta Gunnels (Vann); her children, Robert Allen Savage and Linda Faye Smith; her stepson Terry Lee Marriott; and her grandson Brian Smith.
She is survived by: her husband James Ronald "Ron" Marriott; her children, Ronald Savage (Reva) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Rick Savage of Philippines and Shelia Walker of Anderson; her stepdaughter Robin Boyd (David Gross) of Anderson; her brother Billy Joe "BJ" Gunnels of Anderson; and her siblings-in-law, Stewart Marriott (Norma) of Pendleton and LaVona Urwin (Bud) of Savannah, NY. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
