He was predeceased by: his father Larry Neff Jr.; and his grandfathers, Michael J. Watkins and Larry Neff. He is survived by: his mother Cori Garner; his siblings, Jesse Cole, Timmothy Fultz, Lyric Cook-Tanksley, Elias Cook-Tanksley and Alyssa Neff; his grandmothers, Paula Watkins and Adonica Hillary (Gary); his aunts and uncles, Dana Coleman (Robert Foster), Jeb Watkins, Bobbi Ricker (Chris), Brandey Neff, Shannda Gregg (James) and Zachary Welborn; and his cousin Chase Kumkoski. He is also survived by pets; and many cousins and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
