He is survived by: his wife Annette Hornbeck; his siblings, Larry Hornbeck (Lynn), Randy Hornbeck (Kim), Kathy Buck, Becky Burk (Don), Rick Hornbeck (Darlene) and Tony Seal; his children, Andrew Hornbeck, James Hornbeck, Shelly Schuyler (Brad) and Jerry Anderson Jr.; his grandchildren, Hayley Cortes (Carlos), Hannah Schuyler and Trevor Anderson; his great grandchildren, Hunter Cortes and Ryder Cortes; his sister-in-law Janet Bevelhimer; his close friend Laura Phillips; and his pet Sara. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
