With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Cox of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on February 3, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lovell and Laura Lovell (Vaught); her husband Charles Cox (Bud); and her brother Thomas Lovell. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Bergmann (Peter) of Carmel and John Kent Leasure III (Kathy) of Indianapolis; her granddaughters, Amiee McGrath (Patrick) of Pittsboro, Connie Killigrew (Brian) of Indianapolis and Jessica Leasure of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Samantha McEvoy, Joshua McGrath, Sean McGrath, James, Kyle Killigrew, Luke Killigrew, Erin Killigrew and Owen Killigrew; her stepchildren, Vicky Hobbs of Greenfield, Charles Cox Jr. of Anderson and Jeffrey Cox (Linda) of Anderson; her stepgrandchildren, Kami Hobbs and Jaydha Haywood (DJ); and her pet Missy.
