She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lusher and Ruth McMillan (Wysong). She is survived by: her children, Kelley Harris (Jeff), Gayle Neal (Wayne), Scott Purcell and Mark Purcell; her siblings, Donna Koob (Martin), Betty Shaw, Karen Shorette, Debbie Marrinan, Tim Lusher and Shelli Kennedy; her grandchildren, Casey Ulm, Matthew Ulm (Liesl), Shawn Neal, Eric Neal (Malorie), Ryan Neal (Elisa) and Hadley Purcell; and her close friend Sandy England. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
