She was predeceased by: her mother Catherine Maupin. She is survived by: her husband Gary A. Kline; her children, Gail Ashbaugh (John) and James Turner (Marcia); her grandchildren, Ashlee Fuller, Devon Joslin and Kitisha Turner; her great grandchildren, Hayden Smith, Swayzee McPhearson, Kayson McPhearson and Jackson Joslin; and her brother Arthur "Skip" Maupin (Melinda).
Memorial contributions may be given to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.
