She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen "Jack" Davis and Rita Davis (Kollros); her husband Michael Haynes; her daughter Christy Jarvis; her brother Charles Kollros; and her aunt Alma.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon Shoemaker and Jackie Newton; her siblings, John Kollros and Pauline Davis; her grandchildren, Dylan, Haley, Matthew, Rebecca, Brianna, Blake, Michael and Leah; her great grandchildren, Emma and Halex; and her nieces and nephews, David, Paul, Jason and Andrea.
