She was predeceased by: her parents, William O. Loy and Leora Loy (Helm); and her husband Carl Frazee. She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Taylor and Karen Swinford (Alan); and her sister Edith Dunbar. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
