She was predeceased by: her sister April Leisure (Steve Hummel). She is survived by: her parents, Richard Davis and Vickie Hensley (Eric); her children, Chelsie Carr (Zachary Andrews) and Nick Davis; her grandchildren, Adalynn and Axton; and her close friends, Cathy and Penny.
