She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert Lee Barnes; her husband Frank Roscoe Hepburn; her parents, Gillium E. Parks and Marie Parks; and her siblings, James Parks, Ruth Stephens, Ava O'Dell, Harry Parks, Hub Parks, Joe Parks and Frankie Parks.
She is survived by: her children, Debby Vermillion, Danny Barnes, David Barnes and Brenda Nance; and her siblings, David Parks, Harvey Parks, Alberta, Joyce, Connie and Mary. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
