We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Alfred E. Behrens (Anderson, Indiana). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Behrens and Ruth Behrens; and his siblings, Ruth Ann and Tommy. He is survived by: his wife Ardyce; his grandchildren, Larryjoe Brown, Christina Weir (Jon), Autumn Patishall (Mitchell), Heath Ernest, Olivia Behrens, Emma Behrens, Evan Behrens, Kate Brown, Madeline Brown, Claire Morrison and Max Morrison (Krista); and his great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Adalyn, Emersyn Weir, Dyllan, Brooks Patishall, Mia and Ellie Morrison. He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to First Baptist Church; Alternatives, Inc.; or Crossroads of America Council, BSA Camp Kikthawenund.

“Fritz. was a great Scouter and member of my father's Scout troop. Fritz made a ceramic neckerchief slide which my mother guided him to form. Every time we saw each other, he reminded me of how proud he was of his creation. Fritz was a great source of Scouting knowledge that I relied on. I know his scouting influence, especially with the older scouters, will have an impact even now. It is so imperative that the volunteers in this great organization keep on with their experience and expertise.”
