He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Stephenson and Betty Imogene Stephenson (Fisher). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Stephenson (Betsy); his children, Annette Maier (Andy), Chuck Stephenson (Kelly), Seth Stephenson (Candy), Mike Stephenson (Angie), Jack Stephenson (Chelsea), Eric Davis (Emily), Kristin Hudson, Daniel Davis (Michelle) and Jordan Hudson; and his siblings, Jerry Stephenson, Patty Haymaker (Jack), Mike Stephenson (Nancy), Peggy Galloway and Joe Stephenson. He is also survived by many many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
