He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Laird and Mildred Laird (Kline); his wife Deloris; his daughter Connie Mygrant; and his sisters, Jane Hunter and Patricia Matchett.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis E. Laird (Lynn) of Eagle, CO and Jill Hoilman (Kent) of Highland Ranch, CO; his son-in-law David Mygrant of Rochester, IN; his grandchildren, Jeff Mygrant (Faith), Jason Mygrant (Jody), Jennifer Troyer (Jeff), Colleen Ross, Alex Hoilman and Kimberly Gallegos (Carmelo); and his great grandchildren, Chanse Mygrant, Hope Mygrant, Hannah Troyer, Samuel Troyer, Tori Ross and Ivy Dorrah.
