It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan J. Melton of Amboy, Indiana, born in Westbrook, Maine, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Graham and Katie Johnson (Laplante); her stepfather Ivan Johnson; and her grandson Zachary Melton. She is survived by: her husband James Melton; her sons, James Melton (Dawn) of Monroeville, Barry Melton of Decatur and Gregg Melton (Jessi) of Marion; her siblings, Bette Ahlenius (Goran) of Sweden, Kathy Johnson of Cape Elizabeth, ME, Candice Johnson of Westbrook, ME, Robert Johnson of Westbrook, ME and Thomas Johnson of Westbrook, ME; her grandchildren, Holland Pritchard (Michael), Delainey Melton, Tommi Melton, Sydnie Melton, Braden Melton, Grant Melton and Lucas Melton; and her great grandchildren, Skyelar Pritchard and Michael "MJ" Pritchard.
