She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Johnston and Edna May Johnston (Snyder); and her brother Tom Johnston (Esther) of Texas. She is survived by: her siblings, Johnny Johnston (Peggy) of Fort Wayne, Mary Johnston of Marion and Sherry Mossburg (Dave) of Marion; her husband Michael Burchick; her son Scott Roark (Amy) of Florida; her granddaughter Adysen Roark; and her stepgrandson Cameron Osborne.
