He was predeceased by: his daughter Vicki Levensky; his stepfather Luther Patton; and his brothers, Sidney Levensky, Ronald Levensky and Joseph Levensky.
He is survived by: his siblings, Leo Levensky and Virginia Levensky-Patton (Sample); his wife Waneta Levensky (Bowland); his sons, Larry Levensky (Chris Wagoner) and James Levensky (Sheri Brewer); his brothers, Thomas Levensky and Robert Levensky; his stepsiblings, Priscilla Newman, Yavonna Wright, Joe Patton, Patrick Patton and Vincent Patton; his grandsons, Christopher Levensky (Lynne Rhodes) of Fishers, IN and Andrew Levensky; and his great grandchildren, Greyson Levensky and Gavin Levensky.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made through the Laird-Eddy Funeral home to the American Cancer Society.
