She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay McCord and Helen McCord Muzzio (Harner); her son Butch Casteel; her grandchildren, Carl Koontz and Sara Casteel; and her brother John Muzzio.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Carl Durham; her children, Mike Casteel, Danny Casteel (Glenda) and Jackie Koontz (Allen); her grandchildren, Paula Casteel, Mark Casteel, Carl Casteel, Shannon Casteel, Jessie Casteel, Cassie Casteel, Michael Casteel (Amanda), Carrie Roe (Clark), Amber Woolever (Matt), Daniel Casteel (Airelle) and Alice Koontz; her granddaughter-in-law Cassie Koontz; her brother Timothy Muzzio (Ellen); and her sister-in-law Tonya Muzzio. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
